Delivery Excellence Lead

Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving the organization's delivery excellence charter and enhancing governance, quality, and process maturity across various accounts. Your role will involve leveraging your expertise in delivery frameworks, risk management, and data-driven process improvement to elevate delivery standards in large-scale, multi-account environments. Key Responsibilities: - Champion the Delivery Excellence charter and ensure its consistent implementation across business units. - Design, implement, and institutionalize delivery governance and quality frameworks to enhance operational efficiency and compliance. - Lead initiatives to uplift maturity across accounts, focusing on process standardization and continuous improvement. - Utilize data-driven analytics and insights to improve delivery performance and predictability. - Collaborate with delivery leadership to identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and enhance service quality. - Drive the adoption of Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement practices to strengthen delivery capabilities. - Establish performance measurement and reporting frameworks to facilitate management decision-making. Qualifications Required: - Strong expertise in delivery governance, quality management, and risk frameworks. - Proven experience in process improvement utilizing Lean/Six Sigma or similar methodologies. - Demonstrated ability to manage diverse delivery models in large-scale, multi-account environments. - Proficiency in analytical thinking with a focus on data-driven performance measurement and insights generation. - Excellent skills in stakeholder management, communication, and change leadership.,
