The Growth Enablement Team (GET) is a dynamic sales support team focused on enhancing sales experiences, improving efficiency, and increasing success rates. GET offers support in technology, reporting, and analytics; sales enablement and education; as well as prospecting and pursuit support. This remote team comprises members from the US and India, with a keen interest in expanding the India team. The Sales Enablement and Education pod based in India aims to establish an advanced sales training and business presentation support pod with a focus on visual expertise. Your responsibilities within the onshore Growth Enablement Team include: - Creating impactful graphics within Huron's standard brand to enhance sales presentations, events, and outreach materials - Utilizing existing graphics, templates, and design knowledge to develop new on-brand graphics - Transforming content-heavy presentations and documents into visually appealing materials for clients - Writing, editing, and proofreading sales content such as case studies, project summaries, presentations, and company biographies - Improving current layout designs for sales proposals and project summaries - Offering guidance to internal clients on graphics and template layouts - Collaborating with Huron's Corporate Creative Team to assess and refine templates regularly - Managing projects from inception to completion, involving kick-off calls, SME interactions, and finalization - Reviewing and proofreading projects for brand consistency, voice, grammar, and style - Sharing knowledge and perspectives with peers and internal clients - Participating in company practice initiatives to enhance graphics and templates organization-wide - Providing additional support for asset creation and content editing as required - Supporting the content enablement strategy by recommending effective asset usage - Analyzing asset performance within the sales asset management system and collaborating with the Sales Asset Management Team to optimize content Position Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design and page layout experience, preferably in a professional services setting - Proficient in written and oral English - Ability to work across different time zones - High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word - General knowledge of Adobe CC InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat - Proficiency in MS Word, O365, Teams, and Zoom for communication and process execution - Strong creativity, graphic design skills, and problem-solving abilities - Excellent understanding of visual elements like layout, type, and fonts - Proven track record of working independently and within a team to deliver quality results on multiple assignments - Ability to review technical content and propose graphic ideas - Effective communication skills to present ideas clearly to clients and colleagues, while being open to feedback - Adherence to company brand guidelines - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, clear communication, and leadership abilities - Willingness to learn and drive innovation Join Huron's team and be part of a dynamic environment that values creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.,
