The Delivery Executive is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers. This role involves efficiently navigating delivery routes, maintaining a high level of customer service, and managing delivery documentation. Key Responsibilities: Deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner. Safely operate and maintain the delivery vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition. Plan and execute delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet delivery deadlines. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a courteous and prompt manner. Verify the accuracy of deliveries by comparing orders with delivery manifests. Collect payments from customers when required and handle cash responsibly. Report any delivery issues, vehicle maintenance needs, or customer feedback to the appropriate supervisor.
