Telesales Executive

Job Title: Telesales ExecutiveLocation: Indore (or specify city) Department: Sales & Marketing Reports To: Sales Manager / Team Lead Job Summary:We are seeking enthusiastic and persuasive Telesales Executives to join our sales team. The role involves contacting potential and existing customers via phone to promote our products/services, explaining offerings, answering queries, and closing sales. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Pitch products/services clearly and convincingly over the phone. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Generate sales leads and convert them into confirmed business. Maintain customer databases and call records in CRM. Follow up with interested customers and ensure timely closure. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Provide excellent customer service and handle objections professionally. Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion rates. Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred). Proven experience in telesales/telemarketing/customer service (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi, English, local language). Persuasive and goal-oriented with strong negotiation skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, etc.). Ability to handle rejections and work under pressure.
