Key Responsibilities:🧑‍💼 Human Resource Responsibilities:End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new team members. Ensure smooth employee induction, training, and integration. Develop and implement employee retention strategies. Maintain HR records and handle basic employee relations. 🧾 Customer Feedback & Service Excellence:Regularly collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality. Handle customer queries and complaints with empathy and promptness. Coordinate resolutions in collaboration with the operations team. 📱 Social Media & Digital Sales:Manage and grow PK Laundry’s presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.). Respond to inquiries received via digital platforms and convert them into orders/sales. Plan and post regular content in coordination with marketing team. 🚚 Logistics & Delivery Coordination:Schedule timely pickups and deliveries of customer orders. Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure efficient and timely logistics. Track delivery status and maintain communication with customers. Required Skills:Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Hindi and English). Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Basic knowledge of HR processes and social media platforms. Customer-first mindset with attention to detail. Proficient in Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools. Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
