Delegate Acquisition

Position Overview:

As a Delegate Acquisition Executive, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and

success of our webinars and events. This position demands a blend of research, lead

development, and the cultivation of relationships with senior-level executives. Your

primary responsibility will be to engage and acquire delegates, ensuring their

participation in our events

Responsibilities:

● Conduct in-depth research and lead development activities to identify potential delegates.

● Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior-level executives to acquire delegates for webinars and events.

● Send official invitations to delegates, ensuring clear and persuasive communication.

● Build and maintain a comprehensive database of contacts and leads relevant to our events.

● Work closely with the team to strategize and execute plans for delegate acquisition.

● Employ effective networking strategies to enhance delegate engagement and participation.

● Exceptional written and spoken English.

● Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and various internet applications.

● Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building and maintaining professional relationships.
