Job Title: Debt Manager-Flows-Personal Loan

- Develop and implement strategies to increase personal loan portfolio and achieve business targets
- Identify potential customers and cross-sell personal loan products to them

- Monitor and manage the performance of the personal loan portfolio, including delinquency and NPA levels
