Our Approach:

We partner with our lenders by taking charge of their collections portfolio, allowing them to focus on customer acquisition while we ensure efficient recovery from their customers. Responsibilities:

1. *

   Telecalling

   : Initiate collection efforts through outbound calls to customers with overdue payments. *

   Advising

   : Act as a Financial Advisor for the customers explaining about the problems they face if they miss out the EMIs paying on time.
2. *

   Customer Interaction

   : Professionally negotiate repayment terms, understanding customers' financial situations.
3. *

   Payment Follow-Up

   : Ensure timely repayments and maintain accurate records.
4. *

   Collections Targets

   : Meet individual collection goals set by team lead or manager.
5. *

   Customer Assistance

   : Resolve payment-related queries or concerns.
6. *

   Compliance

   : Follow legal and ethical guidelines in collections.
7. *

   Customer Data Management

   : Keep customer records updated in the collection system.
8. *

   Reporting

   : Update team lead or manager on collection activities.
9. *

   Team Collaboration

   : Work with cross-functional teams to improve strategies.
10. *

    Quality Assurance

    : Ensure data accuracy and policy compliance.

Requirements:

1. * Minimum

   6 months - 6 years

   of Experience in

   Collections

2. * Must be Multilingual (

   Proficiency in 2 Regional Languages

   like

   Hindi, Bengali,Marathi and Gujarati

   only) * Proficiency in

   Gujarati

   Language will be an Added Advantage. *

   Financial Advisor * DRA Certificate if Available
