Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Debt Collection (Domestic) Team Leader at CHARTER, located on-site in Kochi. The Team Leader will oversee daily operations in debt collection, manage and guide a team of collection agents, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and develop strategies for efficient debt recovery. Responsibilities include communication with customers, resolving disputes, monitoring key performance indicators, and collaborating with the finance team for cash collection reports.

• Debt Collection and Cash Collection skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Understanding of Finance principles and practices
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Kochi
• Experience in a similar role in the financial services industry is advantageous
