This key leadership position will be instrumental in shaping the academic direction of the university, with a focus on strategic planning, policy development, and implementation in line with NEP 2020 and global academic standards.Key Responsibilities:* Formulate and drive academic policies and planning in alignment with national education priorities and NEP 2020.* Design and implement multidisciplinary and flexible learning models that foster academic excellence.* Facilitate academic pathway planning and drive innovations in curriculum design and delivery.* Promote and integrate experiential learning, project-based learning, and outcome-driven pedagogy.* Evaluate and enhance student progression frameworks, academic support mechanisms, and learning analytics.* Plan and oversee the adoption of technological resources to enhance academic delivery and engagement.* Lead faculty resource planning, performance evaluations, and academic workload optimization.* Contribute to institutional development through collaboration with national and international academic networks.* Ensure academic quality and continuous improvement through structured reviews and academic audits.Qualifications and Experience:* Ph.D. in Science/Technology/Engineering/Management from a recognized institution.
