Dean of Learning and Development

Qualifications

Strong leadership and management skills
Experience in curriculum development and implementation
Knowledge of educational assessment and evaluation methods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with academic staff, students, and other stakeholders
Proficiency in educational technology and learning management systems
Experience in faculty recruitment and training
Doctorate or Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field
Experience in an educational administrative role is preferred

Experience: 10+ years

Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra
