Dean Learning and Development

As a Dean of Learning and Development, your role will involve creating and implementing educational programs, overseeing curriculum development and delivery, and ensuring teaching methods meet institution standards. You will also be responsible for faculty recruitment and training, evaluating educational outcomes, and driving continuous improvement efforts. Collaboration with academic departments to support student learning and professional development initiatives will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement educational programs - Oversee curriculum development and delivery - Ensure teaching methods align with institution standards - Manage faculty recruitment and training - Evaluate educational outcomes and drive continuous improvement - Collaborate with academic departments to support student learning and professional development Qualifications Required: - Strong leadership and management skills - Experience in curriculum development and implementation - Knowledge of educational assessment and evaluation methods - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively with academic staff, students, and stakeholders - Proficiency in educational technology and learning management systems - Experience in faculty recruitment and training - Doctorate or Masters degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field - Experience in an educational administrative role is preferred Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra Please note that only experienced candidates in the Learning and Development domain will be preferred for this full-time on-site role.
