About the Role:

Dean – School of Law

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic and administrative leadership for the School of Law.
• Develop and implement curriculum in line with BCI and UGC guidelines.
• Promote quality teaching, research, publications, and student development.
• Supervise faculty recruitment, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
• Build strong industry, legal, and academic linkages for placements and collaborations.
• Ensure adherence to statutory and accreditation standards.
• Represent the School in university-level and external committees.

Qualification & Experience:

• Ph.D. in Law with a distinguished academic record.
• Minimum 15 years of teaching/research experience, including 5 years in a leadership or administrative role.
• Strong understanding of legal education, research practices, and regulatory frameworks.

Skills Required:

• Excellent leadership, academic planning, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage faculty teams and drive academic innovation.
