Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven MIS Analyst to manage, coordinate, and optimize the university’s Management Information System (MIS) reports. The role involves preparing insightful dashboards, automating data processes, and providing actionable analytics to support admissions, marketing, outreach, and call center operations. Key Responsibilities: MIS Reporting & Data Management Compile, validate, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to leads, applications, admissions, and marketing campaigns . Track performance metrics for sales funnels, counselor productivity, and outreach effectiveness . Maintain data accuracy across CRM and Excel-based systems. Dashboard Development Design and automate interactive dashboards in Excel, Power BI, or Google Data Studio for senior management. Visualize key KPIs such as inquiry inflow, conversion rates, channel-wise ROI, counselor performance, and regional performance. Process Automation & Analysis Automate repetitive reporting tasks to improve efficiency. Analyze data trends to provide insights for decision-making and performance improvement. Coordinate with the IT/CRM team to integrate data from multiple sources (CRM, call center software, digital marketing platforms, etc.). Coordination & Collaboration Work closely with Admissions, Marketing, and Outreach teams to track and report performance. Provide analytical support during campaigns, reviews, and management presentations. Assist in the evaluation of lead sources, digital campaigns, and counselor efficiency .
