School Teacher

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver well-structured lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.
• Create an interactive and engaging classroom environment.
• Assess students' progress through assignments, tests, and regular feedback.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and a positive learning atmosphere.
• Identify individual student needs and provide necessary support.
• Collaborate with department heads and participate in school events, meetings, and parent-teacher interactions.
• Integrate modern teaching techniques, digital tools, and activity-based learning.
• Maintain academic records and ensure timely reporting.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in the relevant subject.
• B.Ed/M.Ed is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in classroom management.
• Experience with digital/online teaching tools preferred.
• Minimum 0–2 years of teaching experience (freshers with excellent academic background may also apply).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
