Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Electric Bus Dealership Development Manager located in the Greater Delhi Area. The primary responsibilities include identifying and developing dealership opportunities, fostering strong relationships with potential and existing dealership partners, and overseeing the onboarding process. The role also involves analyzing regional markets, training dealership teams, and ensuring the alignment of dealership goals with Ultric's strategic vision for growth and sustainability. Qualifications Proven experience in dealership development, business development, and partner management Knowledge of electric vehicles, transportation solutions, and the automotive industry Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Experience in market analysis, strategic planning, and implementation Leadership and team management abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software must have 10years experience in commercial vehicle or equivalent dealership sales in india or abroad region. must have proven track record with ability to establish network immediately without wasting a single day only apply. no stream time available here* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Willingness to travel within the region as required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹285,000.00 per month
