Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dealer Development Manager based in New Delhi. The Dealer Development Manager will be responsible for establishing, managing, and expanding the dealer network. Daily tasks include identifying potential franchise partners, generating leads, conducting franchise sales, developing business plans, and providing necessary training and operational support to dealers. The role focuses on fostering strong relationships with dealers while ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Dealer development in Bath Vanity and Sanitaryware Market.
• Skills in Business Planning and Lead Generation.
• Proficiency in conducting Training and providing operational support to partners.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Proven leadership abilities and team management skills.
• Previous experience in the retail or manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
