Position:

About the Company:

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and expand the dealer/distributor network across regions.
Design and implement dealer and sales training programs.
Create and standardize
SOPs for Sales, Service & Spares (3S)
.
Drive implementation of
Dealer Management System (DMS)
.
Formulate dealer policies, compliance, and operational processes.
Collaborate with financial institutions for dealer funding & finance tie-ups.
Ensure efficient logistics and product availability at dealerships.
Work closely with Head Office teams for alignment and dealer support.

Requirements:

12+ years of experience in
Dealer Development/Network Development
(Automotive/EV/Two-Wheeler preferred).
Strong track record in dealer management, network expansion & sales growth.
Experience with
DMS implementation and finance partnerships
.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.
