Description
As a Deal Desk Analyst at Dialpad, you will be a crucial part of the Operations and Strategy organization, supporting Global Sales and CX teams. Your expertise in deal structuring, quoting, pricing, commercial negotiations, and booking validations will play a key role in the end-to-end deal cycle. Your critical thinking and communication skills will make you a valuable strategic business partner for the Sales team. Key Responsibilities: - Develop expertise in Dialpad's licensing and pricing models to provide profitability analysis and deal structuring support to global sales teams. - Act as the primary point of contact for pre and post sales activities, including deal approval, order/booking validation, and account provisioning. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Legal, Finance, and Revenue Operations to ensure the quality of deals and efficiency across the sales process. - Document internal deal desk processes and procedures, contributing to their improvement and supporting business growth. - Exercise independent judgment in managing customer contracts from initial draft to closure within company guidelines. - Identify system issues, raise awareness to solve them, and provide coaching to Sales on inconsistencies in deal structuring. Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of experience in related processes like sales operations, finance, and sales strategy. - Strong attention to detail and communication skills. - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. - Expertise in deal structuring, negotiation, and problem-solving. - Proficiency in working with Salesforce and CPQ tools. - Bachelor's degree in business studies, Commerce, Finance, Law, or a related discipline preferred. - Flexibility with APJ & EMEA work timing.
