The opportunity
As part of our EY-DET-FS team, you will help clients develop their next generation digital transformation strategies, solutioning, product development also cloud migration. Were looking for Senior with expertise to build the highly available and heavy traffic fault tolerant applications using Java, Spring and Spring Boot technologies. You'll get to work with cutting-edge technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS/AZURE/GCP and will help design for banking, financial services and insurance sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth of a new service offering. Your key responsibilities
Strong experience in architecting and applying process orchestration and workflow automation principles to create business flows using Camunda 8. Experience on BPMN 2.0, Camunda process engine, Zeebe, Camunda Operate/Cockpit, Camunda DMN and Camunda Tasklists are mandatory. Strong experience on microservice architecture and SpringBoot application development to trigger Camunda workflows. Knowledge of applying object-oriented and functional programming styles to real-world software engineering problems. Hands on experience in Cloud API and Microservices design and development using any Cloud Platform. Real time experience in assessing existing large scale IT environments towards migration to Cloud. Proven experience of Designing and building Cloud solution architecture, Hands on experience in App Modernization and API development. Knowledge of a Container Technology such as Docker, Operating system like Linux and relational database like MySQL. Leveraging deep understanding and adoption of Agile software delivery techniques and technologies including Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery (CI/CD). An appetite to learn new technologies and a drive for continual improvement. A keen interest in technology and self-improvement. Examples include having an active Github account or completion of relevant Coursera courses. Contributions to the technical community, either through blogs, internal workshops, meetups or conferences. Passion to build software products.
Managerial Responsibilities Must ensure teams follow the correct procedures, policies and documentation requirements across project phases Task allocation and performance evaluation of team members Project scheduling and resource management Planning, budgeting and reporting on projects Make presentations on project status, present weekly, monthly and annual reports to senior management Communicate with client teams and gather requirements, conduct regular team meetings and track project progress Interview candidates and hire resources Provide an efficient working atmosphere to project teams and ensure objectives are met within stipulated time A background of working with development best practices A willingness to be flexible in responding to issues as they occur and the ability to identify product/deployment improvements to mitigate future occurrences Self-motivated, Strong communication and team building skills Work iteratively in a team with continuous collaboration

To qualify for the role, you must have BTech/MTech OR Masters in Computer Applications 8-10 years of sound industry experience. Mandatory skills Java, J2EE, Java 17/ Java 21 Camunda 8 (Tasklist, DMN and Process engine is must) BPMN 2.0 modelling Eclipse IDE, Spring boot, Spring Cloud Cloud Experience (AWS/AZURE/GCP/PCF) Docker, Swarm, Kubernetes REST/SOAP based API development Maven/Gradle Junit, Mockito ORM, Hibernate, MySQL XML, JSON JMS GIT, SVN or any Code repository tools SWAGGER 2.0 OAUTH, SAML Design Patterns Caching (Redis/Memcache) NoSQL database (MongoDB/Cassandra/CouchDB) Postman/SoapUI
Ideally, youll also have Kafka Splunk or ELK Experience working on CMMI / Agile / SAFE methodologies Oracle, IBM DB2, SQL Server, MySQL
