Key Responsibilities

  • Send affirmation requests to clients and ensure timely trade execution.
  • Follow up regularly with clients and escalate issues as per defined escalation matrix.
  • Liaise with Sales, Trading, Brokers, Middle Office, and Settlement teams to resolve trade breaks.
  • Perform data mining, business analysis, and reporting; prepare daily/weekly/monthly dashboards for management.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete daily deliverables and maintain process efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners (Counterparties, Traders, Origination, Legal, Credit, IT, Controllers).
  • Handle queries related to Equity Swaps, OTC Options, and Variance Swaps.
  • Research and resolve documentation discrepancies in coordination with Legal, Sales, and Trading teams.
  • Reconcile internal confirmation records against electronic platforms to ensure accuracy.
  • Implement and adhere to process controls to mitigate operational and client risks.


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in Banking Operations or relevant financial domain.
  • Strong understanding of trade life cycle, reconciliation, and operational workflows.


Good-to-Have Skills

  • Knowledge of trade confirmations and documentation processes.
  • Understanding of Equity OTC products (Swaps, Options, Variance Swaps).

  • NISM or Imarticus certification preferred (for fresher candidates).
