DC Manager Cuttack

As a DC Manager at Reliance Digital, you will play a crucial role in overseeing warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include driving operational strategies, optimizing inventory, managing a multi-functional team, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce supply chain costs. - Oversee inbound & outbound operations to ensure timely order fulfillment. - Lead and mentor a team comprising QA, vendor management, reverse logistics, and assistant DC managers. - Identify areas for process improvement and streamline workflows to boost productivity. - Maintain optimal inventory levels, minimize shrinkage, and efficiently manage storage & distribution. - Build and nurture relationships with logistics and distribution partners. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote a safe work environment. - Track and drive KPIs such as OTIF, shrink %, returns SLAs, delivery NPS, and transport costs. - Monitor team performance, drive engagement, and uphold company values for continuous improvement. Qualifications: - 8-14 years of experience in warehouse/SCM/Consumer Electronics/logistics operations. - Strong leadership and people management skills. - Experience in managing multi-channel retail logistics is preferred. - Ability to drive KPIs, optimize costs, and deliver service excellence. - Proficiency in SAP knowledge. - Minimum Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Organized with strong leadership skills.
