Experience: 2-8 years of experience as a Business System Analyst in Payroll and Statutory Reporting domains. Preferred knowledge of Mainframe technologies (e.g., COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, CICS). Hands-on experience with payroll processing systems and statutory compliance reporting. Familiarity with regulatory requirements like tax calculations, social security, and labor laws. Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret Mainframe code and data structures. Experience working with payroll data, calculations, and reporting. Strong SQL skills for data analysis and reporting. Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Profile Description: Owns up the functional analysis of the statutory changes made by various US agencies and translate them into product specific requirements.
