Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information about products/services to customers while maintaining high levels of empathy and understanding. Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling relevant products/services based on customer needs. Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation.
