Job Summary:

Datacenter Lead


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of experience in managing datacenter operations and IT infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience in:

  • Networking:

    Routing, Switching, Firewalls (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, etc.)

  • Storage:

    SAN, NAS, Fibre Channel, iSCSI (NetApp, Dell EMC, HPE, etc.)

  • Backup:

    Veeam, Commvault, Veritas, or equivalent.

  • Virtualization:

    VMware vSphere/ESXi, vCenter, vMotion, DRS, HA.

  • Cloud:

    AWS, Azure, or GCP (Compute, Storage, Networking, IAM).
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and datacenter management best practices.
  • Proven ability to lead projects, troubleshoot complex issues, and manage stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Certifications such as

    VMware VCP, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, Cisco CCNP/CCIE, or equivalent

    are a plus.
