Job Purpose:

We at Marwadi Financial Services are looking for the proactive and technically skilled executive with hands-on experience in Windows & Linux systems to support day-to-day operations of Datacenter. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high availability, performance, and security of infrastructure systems, while performing regular maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting tasks.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Graduation
• Experience: Minimum 1-3 years
• Location: Rajkot (HO)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain the health of datacenter infrastructure including servers,
• networking equipment and power/cooling systems.
• Install, configure, and troubleshooting of Linux & Windows based servers. (e.g. RHEL)
• Perform regular system checks, backups, and updates.
• Manage physical server deployments, cabling, racking, and inventory management.
• Respond to and resolve hardware, OS and network issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain datacenter documentation including hardware inventory, IP records and cabling diagrams.
• Monitor system alerts and logs.
• Follow SOP and Datacenter best practices.
• Support DR (Disaster recovery) and business continuity plan.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.

Skills:

• Working knowledge of Linux OS, Windows server OS.
• Familiarity with server hardware and networking basis (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Comfortable with physical tasks like racking and stacking equipment.
• Understanding of Virtualizations technologies is a plus.
• Good documentations and communications skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts and on-call rotations as required.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Should be Accurate and responsible

Preferred Certifications (optional):

• RHCSA or equivalent.
• CCNA or equivalent.
• MCSA or equivalent

• Careful and diligent even meticulous with a good dose of common sense
• Efficient, effective and organized in both the physical and digital words
• Modestly confident and also personable, good humored and trustworthy
• Informal but 100% professional while respecting traditional courtesy and good manners.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
