Bizoforce is hiring an Automation Lead (AWS & Terraform) for a Global Banking & Capital Markets client. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in AWS automation, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and cloud migration. The role involves designing automation frameworks, optimizing cloud environments, and leading migration/modernization initiatives.
Minimum 7–8 years in Cloud Automation, AWS Infrastructure, and Terraform.
* Strong hands-on experience with AWS Services (EC2, VPC, IAM, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch)
* Terraform – mandatory for IaC module creation and automation workflows
* Data Migration experience (on-prem to AWS or cross-cloud migrations) – Required
* Experience building automation pipelines and reusable IaC modules
* Knowledge of DevOps tools (GitHub, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline)
* Strong understanding of networking, security groups, IAM, and cloud governance
* Experience working in banking / financial domain preferred
* Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
