We are looking for an experienced Database Engineer to manage, optimize, and maintain our enterprise database systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in database architecture, performance tuning, and cloud database platforms, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain database systems for enterprise applications.
Monitor database performance and optimize queries for maximum efficiency.
Manage database security, backup, and recovery strategies.
Implement high availability, replication, and failover mechanisms.
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for database integration.
Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues promptly.
Stay updated with emerging database technologies and best practices.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience as a Database Engineer or DBA.
Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and database architecture.
Experience with performance tuning, indexing, and query optimization.
Familiarity with cloud databases (AWS RDS, Azure SQL, GCP Cloud SQL).
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Preferred:
Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis).
Certification in Oracle, SQL Server, or cloud database technologies.
