optimize, and maintain our database systems. The candidate will work closely with software
engineers, data analysts, and DevOps teams to ensure database reliability, performance,
and scalability for our applications.
• Strong SQL skills, including query optimization and performance tuning.
• Experience with PostgreSQL internals and explain plans.
• Exposure to data migration, including use of COPY, FDW, and data loaders.
• Understanding of indexes, constraints, and transaction isolation levels.
• Knowledge of other databases (Oracle, MySQL) and migration strategies.
