Contract Duration : 6 Months Location : PAN India Experience Required : 7+ Years Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable solutions on ServiceNow platform including custom apps. Build and customize Service Portal (widgets, themes, pages). Develop REST/SOAP integrations using Scripted APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server. Gather and analyze requirements, translate into technical solutions. Manage Catalog Items, Flows, Workflows, UI Policies, Client/Server Scripts. Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices, security, and performance standards. Create and maintain technical documentation, test cases, and design specs. Troubleshoot across development, QA, and production environments. Required Technical Skills 6+ years ServiceNow development experience. Strong hands-on with Custom App Development on ServiceNow. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and 3rd party integrations. Skilled in JavaScript, Glide API, AngularJS (for Service Portal). Proficient with Scripted REST APIs, Scoped Applications, IntegrationHub. Good understanding of ServiceNow Data Model, CMDB, ACLs, and security practices. Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap – for responsive UI components. Agile/Scrum development lifecycle familiarity.
