Job Description

Note : We want immediate Joiner Only.
Experience : 2 - 4 Years
Location: Mohali, Punjab
Work Mode: On-site
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Day Shift)
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face ( On-Site)

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance database architectures.
Develop logical and physical data models that align with business requirements.
Optimize database performance, indexing, and query tuning.
Implement data replication, partitioning, and backup/recovery strategies.
Work closely with application developers to ensure efficient data access patterns.
Design ETL pipelines and data integration workflows (if relevant).
Manage data security, governance, and compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).

Technical Skills:

Database Systems: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Cassandra, or DynamoDB.
Cloud Platforms: AWS RDS/Aurora, Azure SQL, Google Cloud SQL/BigQuery.
Data Modeling Tools: ERwin, dbt, Lucidchart, or PowerDesigner.
Performance Optimization: Query tuning, indexing, caching, sharding.
Scripting: Python, Bash, or SQL scripting for automation.
Monitoring: Datadog, Prometheus, or CloudWatch for performance metrics.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication between data, engineering, and product teams.
Strategic mindset for scalability and future-proofing architecture.

Education & Experience :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2 - 4 years of hands-on experience in database engineering, data architecture, or backend data design.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
