Database Administrator

Role Overview: You will be joining Cloud9 Power Technologies as a Database Administrator (Oracle, MS SQL) in a permanent, hybrid role based in New Delhi, with the opportunity for some remote work. Your primary responsibility will be to manage, monitor, and optimize databases to ensure their stability and performance. This includes tasks such as database design, system updates, database backups, troubleshooting issues, and supporting efficient data storage and retrieval operations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain database integrity and optimal system performance will also be a key aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage, monitor, and optimize databases to ensure stability and performance - Design databases and develop efficient database structures - Administer system updates and manage database backups and replication - Troubleshoot database performance issues and optimize data storage and retrieval operations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure database integrity and optimal system performance Qualifications: - Proficiency in Database Administration with experience in Oracle and MS SQL - Knowledge of Database Design and developing efficient database structures - Strong skills in troubleshooting and resolving database performance issues - Experience in handling complex queries and data optimization - Understanding of database Replication techniques and strategies - Ability to collaborate in hybrid settings and work effectively in cross-functional teams - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Relevant certifications in database management or administration are a plus - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Note: Experience range from 3 to 5 years and preference given to candidates from Delhi/NCR),
