We’re Hiring! | MS SQL Server Database Administrator

📍 Location: Coimbatore

🕘 Experience: 4–5 years | 🧑‍💻 Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Configure, monitor, and maintain SQL Server databases for optimal performance, availability, and security
Assist in performance tuning and query optimization
Handle database backups, restores, and disaster recovery planning
Collaborate with development teams for complex query tuning and schema refinement
Ensure compliance through database auditing
Provide 24x7 support for critical production systems
Refine and automate database-related processes

Required Skills:

Strong experience in
MS SQL Server (2012–2019)
, T-SQL, and AlwaysOn availability groups
Hands-on with
database performance tuning, monitoring tools, and backup strategies
Knowledge of
Windows Server environments (2012–2019)
Experience with
ETL, SSMS, SSRS
, and compliance auditing
Understanding of
RDBMS architecture
and basic
SAN concepts
Excellent communication skills
