Job Description

About the Role:

Data Whisperer

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Insights

Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
Design and execute advanced queries, reports, and dashboards for decision-making.
Collaborate with business teams to translate data into strategic recommendations.

Data Storytelling & Visualization

Create compelling data stories using visualizations, presentations, and written narratives.
Translate complex data findings into business-friendly language.
Evangelize a data-driven culture across the organization.

Collaboration & Influence

Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, operations, and leadership.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Influence strategic decisions by bringing the voice of data into the conversation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment (startups, SaaS, e-commerce, etc.).
Familiarity with A/B testing, cohort analysis, and statistical modeling.
Knowledge of cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
Experience with data warehousing and ETL/ELT tools (dbt, Airflow, Fivetran, etc.).
