What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end analytics projects: problem framing, modeling, insights, and recommendations.
• Build and validate models for MMM, MTA, forecasting, segmentation, and response scoring.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into actionable analytics solutions.
• Present insights to non-technical audiences and support data-driven decision-making.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to reusable analytics frameworks.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4–6 years in applied data science, marketing analytics, or consulting.
• Hands-on experience with MMM and/or MTA.
• Strong Python/R skills and experience with ML/statistical modelling.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field (Statistics, Data Science, CS, Applied Math, Economics, or related).

Nice-to-Have:

• Exposure to Bayesian modeling, causal inference, optimization, or NLP.
• Experience with cloud platforms and production ML workflows.
• Familiarity with digital marketing analytics (paid media, SEO, search).
