Role Overview We’re looking for a Data Scientist to join our growing team in New Delhi. You'll work on cutting-edge problems at the intersection of retail intelligence and AI—building LLMs, vision-based systems, and scalable ML models. Expect to collaborate closely with product teams to turn ideas into impactful AI-powered features. What You’ll Do Build ML models for NLP, vision, recommendation, and classification tasks Fine-tune LLMs and implement RAG-based systems Develop REST APIs and deploy models via Docker, FastAPI, or Flask Write modular, clean Python code for ML pipelines Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI features Stay updated with the latest in AI, LLMs, and deployment best practices Must-Have Skills Python (Advanced), Sklearn, LLMs / Transformers REST API development, Model deployment (Docker, FastAPI, Flask) RAG pipelines, HuggingFace/OpenAI APIs MsSQL, Algorithm development Good-to-Have Skills Git, CI/CD, LangChain, Prompt Engineering, Streamlit Nice-to-Have Skills AWS/Azure pipelines, OpenCV, YOLO, ONNX, PyTorch Qualifications Master’s in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field Strong analytical mindset, teamwork, and communication skills Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus Show more Show less
