Job Description:

Titan, a leading company in the digital industry, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our Analytics & Insights team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. As a Data Scientist at Titan, you will be responsible for analyzing large and complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that will drive business decisions and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights
• Develop predictive models and algorithms to support business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and provide data-driven solutions
• Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data science and incorporate them into our processes and strategies
• Continuously improve and optimize existing data models and processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a data science or analytics role
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Additional Parameters:

• Experience in the digital industry is a plus
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark is a plus
