Must-Have:

• Strong knowledge of data science tools and technologies, and software development best practices including programming languages such as Python and the use of Git
• Experience in NLP (including traditional NLP and NLU algorithms) and LLMs is essential
• Strong understanding and practical experience in statistics and machine learning, including causal inference and experimental design

Good-to-Have:

Experience in platforms such as Snowflake, S3 and Sage maker (beneficial)

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

• Design, development and implementation of AI systems, with focus on NLP and LLM applications
• Help identify, quantify and validate efficiency and productivity opportunities for AI systems using data from a wide range of sources
• Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to shape AI system requirements
• Identify opportunities for implementing AI and ML in our operations and implement them. Develop and refine algorithms to improve process efficiency and effectiveness
• Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and reliability. Staying up to date with developments in AI and ML, and incorporating new techniques and technologies into our AI system design
