Data Scientist

As a Data Scientist, you will work with a cross-functional team to identify business challenges and provide data-driven insights. You'll be responsible for data exploration, feature engineering, model development, and production deployment of machine learning solutions. We are seeking someone passionate about working with diverse datasets and applying machine learning techniques to deliver meaningful results. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions. • Perform exploratory data analysis, data cleaning, and transformation. • Develop and deploy machine learning models and algorithms for predictive and prescriptive analysis. • Conduct A/B testing and evaluate the impact of model implementations. • Generate data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders. • Stay updated with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and industry trends. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. • 4+ years of experience working as a Data Scientist or in a similar role. • Strong proficiency in Python or R, and experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. • Knowledge of data processing frameworks, e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Spark. • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib. • Ability to query databases using SQL and familiarity with relational databases. • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese, with good English proficiency.
