Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data Scientist with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in data science, statistical modeling, and cloud-based analytics. Theideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Python, R and SQL, along withexcellent communication skills and a working knowledge of insurance concepts.

Required Qualifications

 Bachelor’s / master’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics,Engineering, or a related field 3 -5 years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related role Proficiency in Python, SAS, SQL, MLKey Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy predictive models and analytical tools using Python,SAS, and SQL Familiarity with statistical techniques, machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow,Scikit-learn) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) Solid understanding of insurance concepts: underwriting, claims, actuarialscience, risk modeling. Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS,Azure, GCP). Knowledge of statistics, probability, and predictive modeling. Excellent communication skills to explain Abel to explain the technical results to non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking Collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders tounderstand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions Communicate complex analytical findings in a clear and compelling manner totechnical and non-technical audiencesSkills: data,"data scientist,python,modeling,analytics,sql
