Your main responsibilities will include: **Data Analysis** - Analyzing, processing, evaluating, and documenting large data sets - Applying machine learning/data mining/text mining techniques to extract valuable insights from the data - Designing efficient data structures and storage schemes for data manipulation and retrieval - Developing tools for data processing and information retrieval - Creating data-driven models to assess the value of a given data set - Validating model performance and conducting ROI and benefit analysis - Presenting model process and performance details to internal and external clients - Building analytical solutions to solve complex business problems **Problem Solving and Innovation** - Developing best practices for utilizing data and generating new insights - Creating relevant business assumptions for innovative solutions - Producing topical material for Knowledge Share and relevant discussions **Project Management** - Working independently on assignments using knowledge and work experience - Collaborating with colleagues and management to address project issues - Influencing at multiple account and project levels, leading project and account teams **Measures of Performance** - Delivering Data Analysis within budgeted time, specifications, and with a high level of accuracy - Following best practices and processes for Data Analysis - Maintaining project documentation standards - Supporting team's innovation activities - Updating best practices and guidelines as required - Sharing new methodologies and approaches with the team and broader analytics community - Meeting NPS score targets of the projects involved - Achieving own PDP targets **Requirements** - 6+ years of experience with an advanced Degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Statistics, Applied Maths, or other quantitative fields - Proficiency in probability, statistical inference, optimization algorithms, linear algebra, and calculus - Knowledge of analytical approaches like regression analysis, machine learning, AI, deep learning, and other advanced modeling techniques - Familiarity with model cross-validation techniques and penalizing unnecessary complexity - Ability to write near-production-level code in a general-purpose programming language (e.g., Python, C++) - Understanding of modern technologies for processing large data sets, including Apache family, latest database technologies, and natural language processing tools - Strong communication skills - Thorough understanding of specific products and services domain and their usage by clients - Experience working in cross-functional teams,
