Job Description

As a Regional Sales Manager for the construction chemicals products in the Kerala region, your role is crucial in driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and managing a high-performing sales team. You will need to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, lead and manage the regional sales team, build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identify new business opportunities, and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share goals. - Lead and manage the regional sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, distributors, and stakeholders in the construction industry. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase sales penetration. - Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to senior management on sales performance and market trends. - Collaborate with distributors, dealers, and channel partners to optimize distribution networks. - Develop a deep understanding of the company's construction chemicals product portfolio and effectively communicate product value propositions. - Gather market intelligence and provide insights on customer preferences, competitor activities, and emerging market trends. - Deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients and lead negotiations to close deals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified approach in meeting customer needs and expectations. - Manage regional sales budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize expenses. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus. - Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager in the construction chemicals industry. - Strong understanding of construction chemicals products, applications, and market dynamics in the Kochi, Kerala regions. - Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams. - Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and the ability to identify growth opportunities. - Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets. - Proficiency in using sales management tools and CRM software. - Willingness to travel within the assigned regions as needed.,
