Position Overview:

UrbanPro is seeking an experienced Data Science Trainer to join our team in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data science, along with excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching. As a Data Science Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, developing course materials, and guiding students through their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver engaging data science training sessions, both live and recorded, that cater to students of varying skill levels.

- Develop comprehensive course materials, including presentations, assignments, and assessments, to facilitate effective learning.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data science and incorporate relevant content into training programs.

- Provide personalized support and mentorship to students, addressing their queries and helping them overcome challenges.

- Evaluate student progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.

- Collaborate with the UrbanPro team to improve training programs based on student feedback and industry requirements.

- Participate in webinars, workshops, and community events to promote data science education.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

- Proven experience as a Data Science professional, with a strong understanding of machine learning, data analysis, and statistical modeling.

- Prior experience in teaching or training, particularly in data science or related subjects, is highly desirable.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, along with experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.

- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
