Job Description

Client engagements, account strategy delivery responsibility within Data Science or AI Engineering domain(s):
Leading client development or enhancement of their Data AI strategy to align with Business objectives
Ability to support hands on development tasks where necessary / required
Technical authority for solution design and development through client engagements
Interacts with engineering teams and ensures that solutions meet customer requirements in terms of functionality, performance, availability, scalability, and reliability

Senior Stakeholder management:

Collaborate on commercial development of account(s) with Account Manager delivery team

Commercial / Presales:

Support sales function through providing expert technical advice and thought leadership
Generate content materials in support of RFP or other bids
Ownership of the creation and maintenance of sales support content training materials for the sales team
Collaboration on creation or adaptation of our GTM strategy service offerings

Internal resource management / team building and management:

Support for recruitment
Management of Capacity Capability within your team aligned with client demand and our service offerings
Mentoring members of your team and other members of the service line cross-skilling
Leadership role(s) within internal innovation initiative, including development of prototype or demo solutions, mathematical models, algorithms, machine learning techniques, and robust analytics to support analytic insights and visualization of complex data sets
Provide Thought Leadership within the service by exploring new experimentation methods and statistical techniques that could sharpen or speed up our product decision-making processes
Contribute to the Unit activities and community building, participate in conferences, and provide excellence in exercise and best practices

General technical requirements:
BSc, MSc, or PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, Econometrics, or related fields
Strong knowledge of Probability Theory, Statistics, and a deep understanding of the Mathematics behind Machine Learning
Proficiency with CRISP-ML(Q) or TDSP methodologies for addressing commercial problems through data science or AI solutions
Hands-on experience with various machine learning techniques, including but not limited to:
Regression
Classification
Clustering
Dimensionality reduction
LLM
Proficiency in Python for developing machine learning models and conducting statistical analyses
Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques (e. g. , Python libraries such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, etc. ) and the ability to present data effectively
