Data Science Intern

• A data science intern assists experienced data scientists by performing tasks like data cleaning and preprocessing, exploratory data analysis, and creating visualizations to extract insights. They also help build and test basic machine learning models, use statistical tools, and learn to use data science software like Python and R. Internships focus on providing hands-on experience with real-world data, from collection to communicating findings to a team. Core responsibilities
• Data collection and cleaning: Gathering raw data and preparing it for analysis by handling missing values and inconsistencies.
• Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA): Using statistical methods and visualizations to find patterns, correlations, and trends in the data.
• Machine learning: Assisting with building, testing, and evaluating machine learning models under the guidance of senior data scientists.
• Data visualization: Creating charts, dashboards, and reports to present findings in a clear and compelling way.
