Role Description

We are looking for a Junior Data Research and Lead Generation Associate to support our outbound campaigns. You will help us build high quality prospect lists and research companies to fuel our sales outreach.

Your main tool will be LinkedIn Sales Navigator, used to identify ideal companies and decision-makers that fit our client profiles.

Responsibilities

• Research companies based on given criteria and ICP
• Identify decision makers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Collect and verify contact details including name, title, email, phone number, LinkedIn profile, website, and company information
• Build and organise prospect lists in Google Sheets
• Update and maintain data accuracy at all times
• Support the team with research for new markets and industries
• Follow clear instructions, meet deadlines, and deliver clean data

Requirements

• 3 to 6 months experience in lead generation or data research
• Strong working experience with

  LinkedIn Sales Navigator

• Good research skills with high attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets (filters, formatting, basic formulas)
• Good English reading and communication skills
• Able to work remotely, follow processes, and report progress daily
• Self driven, reliable, and committed to learning
