Job Description

Conduct thorough online research to identify target companies in the IT services and software product sectors as per task briefs.
Identify and extract key decision-makers (e.g., Founders, CXOs, Heads of Engineering/Product/IT, etc.) from these companies.
Gather accurate contact details of identified individuals, including: Email addresses (work/personal), Direct phone numbers / mobile numbers, Social media profiles (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.), Professional IDs or handles (if applicable)
Format and enter all collected data into pre-defined templates or CRM-ready sheets with 100% accuracy.
Complete research tasks shared in a structured list format, adhering to timelines and data quality standards.
Perform regular validations to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and relevance before handoff.
Coordinate with BDEs/BDMs to refine data requirements and improve the targeting approach over time.
Understanding of internet research, data mining, lead generation, or similar roles.
Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Crunchbase, Hunter.io, Skrapp, or similar.
Excellent understanding of the tech business landscape (especially IT services and SaaS/software companies).
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and ability to work with structured templates.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
Self-motivated, accountable, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of CRM systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc. (Good to have)
Experience working in or researching IT services or product-based companies. (Good to have)
Basic understanding of outbound prospecting strategies and B2B sales pipelines. (Good to have)
