Role

• Learn and apply information from established research tools and databases to develop customized solutions.
• Triangulate data from various information sources to present accurate, relevant, and consistent information.
• Must be able to suggest alternate sources of data and estimation techniques to plug information gaps in case of data unavailability.
• Write crisp commentaries and action-oriented takeaways of researched information to drive insights aligned with the stakeholders objective.
• Adopt best practices in stakeholder management through solid project management and exemplary communication skills.
• Present information in a visually appealing format in PowerPoint/word / Excel reports
• Manage project results by following the best project and time management practices while always adhering to quality guidelines.

Core Skills required:

Secondary research

• Ability to find information from authentic sources efficiently. This would require,
• Good knowledge of databases, public sources of information, and industry-specific sources
• Ability to validate/triangulate sources for relevancy and accuracy.

Analysis

Analytical skills to provide actionable insights to practitioners. This will require,

• Ability to generate insights based on collected information to answer the what's
• Experience processing information in compelling visualization within logical structure is a preferred skill.

Business writing

• Strong business writing skillsnarrative, appealing, succinct.
• Adept at written communication with stakeholders in adherence to email etiquette.
• Prior experience in developing customized reports for senior stakeholders is an added advantage.
• Communication should reflect logical thinking and a consultative approach

Qualifications

• MBA OR equivalent
• Years of Experience: Overall 1-3 years with prior experience in business research in client service or captive setup
• Client-service exposure or experience directly working with senior leadership is preferred.

Skills:

• Clear and concise communication. Strong written and oral communication skills
• Logical structuring a structured approach to problem-solving
• Ability to synthesize data into meaningful conclusions and recommendations.
• Ability to handle detailed work independently. Practical, hands-on, and get things done.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Solid research skills and familiarity with various research tools
