Data Research Analyst

Role Overview

• Conduct

  market research

   to identify target industries, segments, and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
• Research decision-makers using

  LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha

  , and other enrichment platforms.
• Build and manage prospect lists aligned with

  ABM strategies

  .

Prospecting & Database Management

• Manage, enrich, and update lead databases/CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar).
• Ensure

  data accuracy, segmentation, and enrichment

   for high-quality outbound targeting.
• Maintain a structured lead pipeline to support sales and marketing campaigns.

Campaign Execution Support

• Support the execution of

  outbound campaigns

   across email, LinkedIn, and multi-channel touchpoints.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing teams to design outreach cadences that maximize engagement.
• Track and report campaign performance metrics (open rates, reply rates, meetings booked).

Marketing Technology Operations

• Operate and optimize

  sales outreach platforms

   (Outreach, SalesLoft, Lemlist, Reply.io).
• Support

  ABM platforms

   (6Sense, Folloze) for account prioritization and engagement.
• Use

  optimization/personalization platforms

   (Intellimize, Optimizely) to refine outreach experiences.
• Leverage

  data enrichment tools

   (Leadspace, Clay, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Apollo).

Technical Skills

• CRM Systems:

   HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive database management, segmentation, reporting.

• Sales Outreach Tools:

   Outreach, SalesLoft, Lemlist, Instantly, Reply.io.

• ABM Platforms:

   6Sense, Folloze, Demandbase (preferred).

• Data Enrichment Tools:

   Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Clearbit, Leadspace, Clay.

• Marketing Automation:

   HubSpot Marketing Hub, Marketo, or Pardot (nice-to-have).

• Personalization/Optimization Platforms:

   Intellimize, Optimizely, Mutiny.

• Data Handling:

   Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets (lookups, pivot tables), SQL (basic queries), or Python (nice-to-have for automation).

• Integration & Workflow Automation:

   Zapier, Make (Integromat), or API-based integrations.

• AI/LLM Tools:

   ChatGPT, Jasper, or similar — for research, personalization, and automation.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in

  B2B lead generation, pre-sales research, or marketing operations

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  ICP building, database enrichment, and outbound campaign support

  .
• Proven ability to use and integrate multiple

  MarTech tools

   effectively.
• Analytical mindset — comfort with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written communication skills (for outreach personalization).

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)

• Exposure to

  data visualization/reporting tools

   (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
• Familiarity with

  coding (Python/SQL)

   for automation and data enrichment.
• Understanding of

  ABM strategy

   and enterprise B2B buyer journeys.
