Job Overview:

• Lead and execute data research initiatives across

  India, the Philippines, APAC, and EMEA

• Develop robust

• Provide strategic

• Mentor and guide the research team, fostering skill development and contributing to the overall practice growth.
• Drive data product innovation by curating high-quality training datasets and introducing critical enhancements to research methodologies.
• Collaborate closely with business leaders to integrate research insights into strategic decision-making.
• Demonstrate hands-on expertise with industry databases such as LinkedIn, job boards, GitHub, and open-source professional communities.
• Utilize advanced tools, including

  GPT models and data visualization platforms

• Stay ahead of industry developments, emerging technologies, and innovative research methodologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 0-2

  years of relevant experience

  in primary and secondary research focused on talent intelligence, job market analytics, new dataset evaluation techniques, and technology skills assessment.

• Educational Background:

  MBA or B.Tech (preferably in Computer Science or IT).
• Strong

  analytical and critical thinking

  skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and derive meaningful insights.
• Expertise in conducting

  primary and secondary research

  , with proficiency in structuring research methodologies.
• Excellent

  written and verbal communication

  skills to articulate findings effectively.
• Familiarity with

  prompt engineering

  ,

  Python, SQL, BigQuery, and No-Code/Low-Code platforms

  is a plus.
